School Nurse Receives Award and Gift

Leaders of BECU recently held a ceremony honoring all teachers and awarding the school nurse with Worker of the Year along with $100 for her efforts. All the teachers enjoyed a special meal together during this ceremony.

“It’s a real motivation. Every staff member has promised to work hard in order to receive the same next year. It’s been a wonderful ceremony with all the teachers and staff recognizing the great achievement of Allia,” said BECU President and Founder, Francis Byamukama.

We’re also excited to share 12 of the sick children have recovered from Covid and are now in good health. The others are also improving.
